Return and Refund Policy

At Sobroots, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order and your handmade leather bag ("Carry Your Roots"). However, if your order is not as you expected, you may initiate a return or exchange under the following conditions.

1. Return and Exchange Period

You can return or exchange your products within 14 days from the date of delivery, without having to provide any reason.

2. Conditions for Return

For a product to be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
• It must be sent back completely with its original tag, packaging, and accessories, if any.
• Natural marks or color transitions inherent to genuine leather (as stated in our Terms of Use) are not considered defects. However, if there is a manufacturing defect, a full return or exchange will be provided.

3. Return Process and Shipping Costs

Since we do not operate a physical store, all return processes are handled via courier services.

• Domestic Returns (Turkey): Shipping costs are covered by us if the return is made using our contracted courier company.
• International Returns (Europe, Far East, etc.): For international returns, customs duties and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise. In the event of a defective product, the shipping costs will be covered by us.

To initiate a return, please contact us through our communication channels with your order number. We will provide you with a return authorization and the shipping address.

4. Refunds

Once your returned product reaches us and passes the quality control process, your refund will be approved. Refunds will be processed strictly using the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 3 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Personalized bags and accessories (e.g., items with engraved names or custom dimensions) are exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.
