Distance Selling Contract

This contract has been prepared in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

2. Buyer

The person placing an order via our website or WhatsApp.

3. Subject of the Contract

This contract governs the terms of sale and delivery of products ordered by the Buyer through sobroots.com or WhatsApp.

4. Product Information

Handmade leather bags and accessories. Product details, images, and prices are listed on the website. All products are produced in limited quantities.

5. Order and Payment

Orders are placed via WhatsApp. Payment is made by bank transfer (IBAN) after order confirmation. Products will not be prepared or shipped until payment is confirmed.

6. Delivery

  • Ships within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery time varies by carrier and destination.
  • Domestic shipping costs are borne by the buyer (shown on the product page).
  • For international orders, customs duties and additional fees are the buyer's responsibility.

7. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without penalty.

To exercise this right: Written notice to hello@sobroots.com or WhatsApp is sufficient.

Exceptions (Turkish Consumer Protection Law, Article 15):

  • Products made to the buyer's specifications or clearly personalised
  • Products that cannot be returned due to their nature

8. Return Conditions

When exercising the right of withdrawal:

  • The product must be in its original packaging, unused and undamaged.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
  • Refund will be issued within 14 days of the Seller receiving the returned product.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this contract shall be subject to Istanbul Consumer Courts and Consumer Arbitration Committees.

10. Entry into Force

This contract becomes binding on both parties upon order confirmation.
